Yoga for Mountaineers    Pamela Martin    October 4th 2007

Glenmorons were packed like sardines on the floor of the Bowling Club as they enthusiastically tried to imitate Pamela Martin's suppleness as she demonstrated the Warrior Pose, Trikunasanu (triangle pose), Parsvakonasana, Twists, Savasana and rolling knees to the side.

Pam was also very helpful in coming round with helpful hints as we tied ourselves in knots!

Mary Cox, in her vote of thanks, pointed out that whilst most of us have stamina, we are not always too keen to do very necessary exercises to facilitate our suppleness, and strengthen our muscles.

Our thanks must go to Pam for a very stimulating and enjoyable evening.
